Player 1 has back to player 2 & 3 and recieves ball from ball thrower. Players 2 & 3 both make strong sideways movements but only one of them calls for the ball. Player one passes to this player.
This is great for commuication skills. Player 2 & 3 decide between them who is going to shout before each repitition- can use hand movements so player 1 doesn't hear. Swap after 10 goes.
