
Equipment: 1 ball per team, 2 equal teams. Balls start on opposite sides of the circle. Choose a direction that Both teams follow. Image (arrows) shows White Team going Left. Both teams pass as fast as they can around the circle. Players pass to their own team in sequence around the circle. No pass can be defended or intercepted. Teams chase the opposition ball and try to catch up to it. The team that passes their ball in front of the opposition ball is the winner. 1 point per win. When players are familiar with the activity add a movement after they've made a pass. E.g Jog out 5 steps jog back, Star Jump (High), Squat Thrust, Low Crawl.
