the attacking teams centre (red) starts with the ball. the attacking teams wd,wa,ga and gs line up on the side line, defending team mirroring on the opposite side as shown on the diagram. wd drives out and collects the ball from the centre. wa drives out and collects the ball from the wd. ga drives out and collects the ball from the wa. gs drives under the post and ga feeds over the opposing teams gk. repeat with opposing team.
