Explain the 3 stages of defending. In pairs line up facing the feeder (C). GA starts with the ball and passes to C, she then aims to receive the ball in the red sqaure. GD uses stage 1 defeding of marking the player to try to prevent her from receicing it.
Once GA receives the ball she passes back to C and aims to then receive the ball in the green square. GD marks the ball as GA passes to C. GD then marks the space (blocks) GA from getting the green sqaure.
