There will be one player positioned at all of the player arrows. One player will begin the drill parallel to the hoop. The remaining players will line up behind the orange player arrow.
The drill will begin with the player parallel to the hoop passing to the player traveling up the sideline. Th player parallel to the hoop will now enter the line behind the orange arrow.
Once they have recieved the ball the player from the yellow arrow will travel towards the red cone and recieve the ball on the top of the circle. The player who travelled along the sideline will be the yellow arrow replacement.
The player now at the red cone will now pass the ball to player who is moving forward from the red arrow. Whilst this is happening the player from the white arrow will drive into the circle in order to gain an optimal shooting position. The player from the red cone will now replace the player from the white arrow.
The player from the red arrow will quickly offload the pass to the player driving into the shooting position, once this has happened they will move to defend the shooter whilst they are taking their shot. After the shot has been taken, th shooter to replace the red arrow and the defender will start the cycle again by passing off to the player traveling up the sideline.
Try refraining the passes to chest and shoulder. Use overhead passes for onger distances.
