Passing in between groups of 3 and four:
Start with one ball and pass around the group start with chest passes, bounce passes and then shoulder passes.
Then get players to pass around the group to a random player in either type of pass, players need to be a wear of where the ball is going.
Then get each player to have a ball and begin again by passing with chest passes, bounce passes and then shoulder passes.
Advance again to random passes, players need to be even more a wear of where the ball is, where they are passing and where their team mates are. this will require communication and sharp attention.
