Winner of toss & their team use netball rules to pass ball around to get to oppositions skittles knock down oppositions 'skittles'.
Defenders attemt to regain posession.
Netball rules apply. If attackers step, the ball gets turned over. If defenders contact/obstruct they are out of play until penalty pass is taken.
ONCE SKITTLE IS KNOCKED DOWN, ball is put into play with toss @ centre circle again.
First team to knock all oppsitions skittles down are the winners.
Can enforce discipline on set skills IE: if Attackers dont use outside foot landing/external pivot then ball is turned over the defenders.
