The Goal attack will stand in a defensive position whilst two other players will stand either side of the centre third line.
The players on the centre third lines will be given four different coloured bibs which they will display randomly and constantly.
The individual placed in the centre will always be scanning and checking both players and shouting the colour that is displayed to them.
