1. Get into pairs and face each other 3 feet apart.
2. Practice chest passes between partners. When the pair does a good throw and catches it then take a step backward. If it is a bad pass or it is dropped then take a step forward.
3. Repeat with the three different passes:
-Chest Passes: have your hands in a butterfly shape and push the ball forward with both hands from the chest and step forward with one foot.
-Bounce Pass: same as a chest pass but you are pushing it downwards so that it bounces to the player. Make sure it hits ¾ away from you to the player (use butterfly hands and step).
-Shoulder Pass: hold the ball next to the shoulder, use one hand (one hand on the ball and the other up in the air pointing to where you are aiming) or two hands (one hand behind the ball and the other in front for balance.) Follow through with your hand(s) and step with your opposite foot.
