2) the GS/GA stands under the goal post with their back to the C
3) the centre will then shout "turn" and pass the ball, the goal shooter must turn to catch the ball
4) repeat this pass 5 times = 1 set
You can alternate different passes. start with chest passes and then switch it up as you please
