COACHING POINTS

-30 seconds SL with ball in pairs. 

-5 squats, jump squats, Jump turn 45,180,360.

-Walking lunges. 

-Walking arebesque. 

-Hop and Hold Diagonal. 

-Jog. 

-High Knees. 

-5 seconds fast feet diagonal side steps. 

-Every 2nd cone circle round each other.

-Shoulder to shoulder bounce. 

-2 forward one back (run both) 

-One-two landings. 

-Diagonal run to cone, alignes knee on change of direction, wtch partner on timing.
