Block the Cone

I am currently coaching a senior college team and I have found Sportplan...

DESCRIPTION

  • Defender stands with back against Attacker.
  • The Attacker has to try and move around the Defender to touch the cone.
  • The Defender tries to prevent the Attacker from touching the cone by blocking
  • Players keep going for a specified time period
  • Everytime the Attacker toches the cone they get a point. Use a 3rd player to tell the defender if they're holding or contacting. The defender looses a point for every infringement
