Jog back line & centre diagonal. End 3rds instroduce dynamic stretches.

e.g 5 x high knees/heel flicks. high skips/low skips. side steps l/r 

Progress speed in centre third.

Lunge across back line. Walk on tip toes on diagonal. Sumo squats centre, jog back. Progress to sprint.

COACHING POINTS

Timing, Heads up. Body/hips face forward.

Sharp turns ''no banana runs''.
