Netball Conditioning: Fun All-Round Fitness Session
In this session we mix things up and work on a variety of fitness systems to get your players working up a sweat - pushing them hard by getting them to work competitively in teams.
As a taster here's 4 drills we use to cover 4 different fitness systems:
1. Fundurance - Fartlek endurance with a fun shooting twist2. Flexibility - Spider race and a crab running relay (a great ice-breaker)! 3. Plyometrics - An energy-sapping jumping exercise 4. Speed - Square running, working on side-steps and running backwards!
You can coach this session as whole or take elements and mix them into your regular training routine!
