We then get your players' shoes squeaking around the court with not one but three fast movement skill development drills before finishing with a specially modified final game!
Mould your team into a solid defensive side, by using this session to work on their shadow play!
Get your team moving dynamically on court with this attacking session, working on key skills from passing to decision making
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
