Changing Direction - Fast & Dynamic Running

This high intensity running Session will get your players whizzing around the court with quick bursts of pace and fast changes of direction - essential for pacey netball!

Not only will this session improve players' fitness levels but it will also focus on their ability to accelerate from a standing start and change direction quickly.

To ensure your players have the energy and panache to see out the final vital minutes in their next big game we start with a run out to touch the cone before receiving the pass and then progresses onto some more advanced cutting and running exercises.
