Netball: Tramlines - Team drill

Set up:

• Players set up in 4 corners
• 8+ players
• 2 balls in diagonally opposite corners

• Players without the balls and at the front of diagonally oppsite lines are the workers.
• Workers drive out and receive a pass from their left.
• Worker turns and passes back to the line they came from.
• Workers then drives back towards the line they came from to receive a short 'anywhere' pass (drop, high, bounce).
• Worker then drives to their left to receive a long over head ball and passes to the line they were driving towards.
• Passer sends a long flat ball to worker who then finishes off with a pass to the opposite line they originally started from.

One ball, 1/3 space, 6 players.

4 feeders form a square.

1 defender and 1 attacker work in the middle of the square.

Attacker is to pass and recieve one short pass and one long pass from each corner. 

The starting player passes the ball to the player moving towards the ball from the opposite group.

The receiving player who catches the ball should land on 1 foot, then land on their 2nd foot and pivot onto their 1st landing foot to pass the ball back the player on the side where they started.

Exercise reverses in the other direction.

Set up: 8+ players, about a third area.

1. Players set up evenly across 4 corners.
2. Opposing players run into the middle and give each other a high five.
