Maximum of 8 players form the outside of a circle with 2 defenders inside and 1 ball.
Defenders have to work together to intercept the ball and should communicate to each other by calling who is marking the ball and who is marking the space in order to work more effectively.
Defenders have to be assertive and dominant.
Defenders work together to try and pressure the attackers and successfully intercept the ball.
Players around the circle must keep the ball flat (No overheads).
