the C ball will pass the ball to the WA or GA. the defensive player will aim to try and intercept the pass by timing their run accordingly however they will not know where the ball is going. If they are successful they will pass back the the C player and re set. however, if the interception is a fail they must clear out to the blue cone and attempt the intercept again. the working player must carry out 5 successful interceptions before they swap around.
