2 posts P1 & P2 with one Ball 1 Worker 2 cones on either side and in front of P2 Step 1: W attempts to intercept the 1st pass from P1 to P2. W starts behind and away from P2. If W is successful in gaining intercept they pass the ball back to P1. If W misses intercept and its received by P2 W sets up .9m and defends the next pass from P2 to P1. Step 2: W runs around 1st cone and attempts to intercept the 3rd pass from P1 to P2 As above if successful pass back to P1. If unsuccessful defend the next pass at .9m W runs around 2nd cone and attempts to intercept 5th pass from P1 to P2. W starts from Left, from Right and extend how deep they start depending on level of success
