Step 2: W runs around 1st cone and attempts to intercept the 3rd pass from P1 to P2 As above if successful pass back to P1. If unsuccessful defend the next pass at .9m W runs around 2nd cone and attempts to intercept 5th pass from P1 to P2. W starts from Left, from Right and extend how deep they start depending on level of success
