The two in the middle can be any position and their aim is to intercept the ball from the players who stand in the square. The players with the ball are not to pass fast or trick This helps with communication between the two in the middle and reaction test (first, second and third phases)
Start with the square small then as they get better make it bigger Players in the middle cancel out 2 players therefore theres only 1 player left so they know who the pass is going to. Players to communicate where they are, if theyre going for the intercept
