- Players run inside the cones. 1 attacker and 1 defender. Defenders aim is to keep their attacker where they want themâ(close to side line). Progression: - Add three throwers, 1 in each third in line with the centre circle, ready to pass if the attacker makes a lead.
- Keep on toes to be ready to go for first ball if the attacker leads. - Use outside arm if you do not have enough space between yourself and attacker. - Defender aim is to see and feel where their attacker is. - Defender aim to keep them self between the attacker and ball. - On toes, weight on front foot and ready. Ready to take first ball if needed.
