Defender stands with back against Attacker. The Attacker has to try and move around the Defender to touch the cone. The Defender tries to prevent the Attacker from touching the cone by blocking Players keep going for a specified time period Everytime the Attacker toches the cone they get a point. Use a 3rd player to tell the defender if they're holding or contacting. The defender looses a point for every infringement
