DESCRIPTION

Work in 30 second blocks then switch over, working off a line if possible. First Block Standing 2mtrs apart Shoulder passes Side to side movements, try to catch ball with two hands particularly as theybegin to fatigue. Second Block Feeder moves back another mtr Lead out on sharp 45 degree angle for pass, return to starting point then lead other side, repeating side to side Third Block Feeder moves back in Hard High Balls, should be caught with two hands and brought back to the player’s midsection after landing, before passing back Add a sprint down the length of one third and back, Switch over players over Work two times each DRINKS BREAK

As players get fatigued, ensure passing stays accurate and intensity of footwork is maintained
