
Have 3 people in each third. Each person must receive a pass then pass the ball to a person in the next third. Then the second third must all touch the ball then pass the ball to the next third. Pass it to each person and then pass it back to the middle third etc. To change it up the 3rd person to touch it must pass the ball into the next third and then move into that third.
