You can start this drill working in pairs with a feeder and an attacking player, using the "figure of 8" ("bowtie") movement patterns to familiarise themselves with the footwork and angles. Feeder can pass or feint pass - consider pass type relevent to position and movement type. Attacking player has to make quick decisions where to head next - that doesn't always involve quick movement! Complete a number of reps or could be for a specified time. Progression: have 2 players working simultaneously across the whole third.
