Netball Drill Demonstration
- 2 stationary feeders @ North & South.
-Worker starts on one cone & drive to opposite cone, receiving a pass from feeder.
-Landing on their out side foot, they must turn and pass to opposite feeder then drive back to original cone.
REPEAT X5 EACH PLAYER. INCREASE AT EACH TRAINING
- Outside foot turn 1. Increases Vision 2. Increase balance & strength of pass to follow 3. reduces likelihood of injury.
-Start small for U/13's use a chest pass and then move size of drill out for shoulder passes. U/15s should start with shoulder passes.
