<p>Fast Feet-Eyes Up Warm Up</p><p>Suitable for groups of 4 upwards to larger groups. Options for injured players to be passers only or for everyone to do everything.</p><p>Start at Orange Cone, keep eyes up work around three red cones, drive and strong change of direction at Zig zag red cones. Figure 8 around green cones, Thrower to put pass in at anytime. move to blue cones, work around square in diection of arrows with eyes forward always. make sure players, sprint forwards, sidestep sideways, crab step backwards(or jog backwards). continue to keep eyes up. move to next green cones, drive forwards for pass, return ball, move back and drive to another cone. jog back to starting Orange cone, continue through again. Option for workers to be thrower for next player then to move onto next part, keeping everyone moving and working.</p><p>Can be used as an easy footwork, eyes up warm up or for a strong intensive continual drill.</p>
