Players divide up into four equal lines; two lines next to each other the other two opposite (facing one another).
One side shall start with the balls becoming the feeders.
The side without the ball, runs straight receiving the ball (landing on two feet) and passes it straight back; players then crossover receiving the ball (landing on their outside foot) and passing straight back; players cross back over receiving the ball, this time they must turning in the air to pass the ball to the players behind them.
Players must follow their passing going to the back of the line.
