You have to run straight to the centre as fast as you can and recieve the ball as a chest pass then run through the cones with the ball in your hands and then pass the ball to the person standing near the goal so that they can then shoot and score a point for your team. As soon as the person has shoot or missed get the ball back to the centre as fast as you can so that the next peorson can set off. If your in the line waiting for your turn, instead of been bored, be commuticating with your team so your ready for your team.
