Students (5) will surround the student in the middle of the circle (Yellow Cone). Yellow will have a ball in their hands and so will another student in the circle (Blue Cone). Yellow will throw their ball directly above them, catch the ball that Blue throws and then throw it to the Red student. After they've thrown to the Red Cone player, they catch the ball they threw into the air. The Red player then throws back to the Yellow student who also throws their ball directly into the air again. They then throw the ball the Red player passes to them, to the Green Player. Yellow catches their own ball again, throws it in the air, catches the ball from the Green Player and throws it to the Black Player. Once the yellow player has caught their own ball again, they swap with a player in the outer circle who has a go being in the middle. This repeats until all players have had a turn being in the middle.

-reaction time
- players on the outside need to focus on their passes to ensure its easier for the Middle Player
