3 Getting free drills
Drill 1 4 attack 2 defend, work around circle staying in attacking third. Work from corner to corner, not necessarily in sequence, use prelim movers, rolls etc. Work continually side to side.
Drill 2 Work across court and back continuously. Single players are posts, 2 player group is made up of 2 attacker and 1 defender. Attacker beats defender passes to next post, to next group of 2.
Drill 3 Start on sidElaine, 2 players drive for ball on different paths. Player that does not receive re offers nad passes to other sideline. original passer takes next pass. Work back and forth across court. Next step, original passer can drive through centre to take second pass, links with person that did not receive original pass.
