2 Groups - 5 feeders, 1 line of receivers.
1 ball, 5 cones.
FIRST PHASE - Receiver (Red C) at front of line leads down court to receive pass from first feeder (C) at first cone. Catches and throws ball to second feeder (GD). Continues action down the court, with last pass from 5th feeder (GS) being a lob to the base line.
SECOND PHASE - Red C retains ball and feeds it back to GS, who leads out to the cone, then returns to sideline to receive pass. Continues up the line, then repeats phase 1. Red C returns to back of the line.
