Attacker leads to the right, recieves ball from passer. Meanwhile the defender defends the ball passively.
Repeat 5 times each side then swap roles.
PROGRESSION: as the attacker becomes confident in their role, the defender can become more aggressive and attempt to intercept the incoming pass

* When the attacker leads right the defenses left foot is froward , allowing the outside arm to intercept the ball
