WD and GD set up, one in front of the other, at top of circle (GD should be infront, otherwise the WD can get trapped at top of circle) both players split (behind player goes opposite direction to front player) and call for GK pass. Whichever player does NOT recieve the ball, must make a quick movement around the ring for the second pass. C player should recieve the next pass from WD (according to diagram scenario) or if the WD is unable to get the pass from the GD, a long pass to the C will surfice.
Practicing drills where two players split will help with this. Communication with the C player is important - do not leave the resposibility to the Defence, C must watch play and be quick to assist.
