Ball begins at line 1 and 2
Players from line 3 and 4 run forward and receive chest pass and pass back to feeder
Players continue moving forward to receive bounce pass and pass back
Players move diagonally backwards and receive lob from opposite line, turn around and pass to player in front of them
Repeat, with feeders now becoming workers.
