SET UP:
Step One: Line up your cones in three distinct lines (the amount of lines used may be changed acording to the amount of people, or the amount of cones you have available)
- each line will have around five cones each marking a different place in the circle
THE DRILL:
Step One: Get your players to stand at one of the cones closest to the ring.
Step Two: Get your players to have a shot at goal and once they get it in they can move further and further down their line giving them an idea of how far they can shoot from and also helping them get better at shooting from further away.
-Aswell as moving further away you can also get your players to swap lines
