Centre Pass: Load / Overload

DESCRIPTION

  • WA and GA set up in the same corner.
  • GA drives up sideline and WA drives into the centre channel.
  • WD or GD drives down opposite sideline if needed.

 

  • The centre pass rule apply.
  1. If the Centre pass is recieced on C's left the C overlaps.
  2. If the centre pass is recieved on C's right the GS leads out of the circle.
  • However if the centre pass is recieved in the middle channel the court the GS leads up the middle
