  1. No Ball - 3 players in the long medium and short zones feeder must turn around and call out the 3 colour cards as quickly as possible - competing against a teammate
  2. Where's the free player - add oppositions
  3. add ball - pass to the free player - all players sould be using attack footwork to drive for the ball
  4. set up a variety of widths and depths
