Players line up in lines of 4, starting by jogging from the two starting cones to the further two cones, then round the sides and back to the start. Performing different dynamic stretches; lunge and twist, high knees, sumo squats, heel flicks, open and closing the gate.
Should be performed for 5- 10 minutes.
