Working on basic footwork and improving movement on court. break team into 2 groups of 3 and one group of 2 and rotate through exercise every 3 mins.

Circuit
make sure there is a clear change of pace, that there is a complete change of direction with use of hips and turning on outside leg and pushing off on outside leg.
side to side relay
clean pivots to opposite side at each cone, bent knees ,body low, chest and eyes up, arms beside body, and movement is on the balls of the feet, is fast and light (no noise).
