The attacking players line up behind the third line and the centre stands in the centre circle with the ball. The goal keeper stands in front of the line of attack to act as a shadow defender. The first player in the line takes a couple of steps convincingly to the left and then drives out to the right in order to lose the defender. Once everyone has done this 5 times, switch the side you drive out to so that players are comfortable dodging in both directions.
If this becomes to easy for players ask teh defender to make it more difficult for the players so they have to either drive faster or double up the dodge they do.
