The two attacking players will stand backwards with their back facing the player who will throw the ball. Then the thrower will shout go and the players will turn with the attacking player deciding which direction to run and sprint out to. Therefore the defender is aiming to be ahead of the attacker and react quicker by getting infront and defending the ball. The idea of turning is aiming to increase the reactions of the players and ensure that they can stick to their attackers. The attackers are also to run directly into areas to receive the ball.
