Work from blue to red including skipping/ differant speeds of high knees running/ fast feet into sprint/ reaction time listening to differant commands from the coach eg. turn over left shoulder.
Competition - All participants lined up on green cones
1. Fast Feet stationary
2. Jump up
3. Squat down
4. Turn around
Then shout a colour cone they must all react then sprint to that colour.
