Blue A will say turn and throw the ball in different directions (and using different throws) for Red A to catch, will repeat five times and then swap so both players have a go at this. If the players arent getting to the ball it can be made easier by saying 'left' or 'right' to indicate which way the ball will be thrown. If this is too easy though, the ball can be thrown different heights in order to challenge the player, or the distance between them both can be adjusted.
