Players working in pair (maybe one three), each player has a bib tucked into them, letting the bib dangle down. The players stand back to back, the left side will be known as the rats, and the right side known as the rabbits. On the coach's call the selected players (rabbits) will run to the cone which they are facing which will be known as 'home'. The other player (rats) has to quickly turn around and chase the player in order to try and retrieve the bib. The aim of this is to warm up but also to work on the reaction times of the participants.
