Teach them their sides for appropriate positions, and what happens when someone comes into your chnnel and when you swap. Re-enforce top and base with shooters and feeders. Also keep one person at the top of the circle and one at the side for feeders. Quick passing in and out from shooters to feeders.
Make set plays, do an example and then let them do one for themselves. So from the centre pass to ... and then to ... and then to shoot! BING
