DESCRIPTION

This drill is designed to get the player to pass and move whilst keeping a low centre of gravity. 

Drill can be used as a fitness activity.

 

COACHING POINTS

  • Coach Passes the ball to the player.
  • Player catches and passes. straight back to the coach.
  • Coach then calls out a colour.
  • Player touches the cone and returns back to the middle. 
  • Repeat for 30 seconds or till form drops.
