ouble Play - Working the give and go

Double Play, also known as the Pass and Go or One-Two, is a great way to introduce players to moving down the court, as well as to get them thinking two moves ahead.

To help your netballers find space to receive the ball in all areas of the court this session we work on passing in front and moving for the pass.

Nobody should be still on the court, players should constantly be moving and communicating, looking to create options to progress the ball up court and that's why from warm-up to final conditioned game this session promotes good attacking play.

After coaching this session with your team would be that you would expect to see more double plays happening on the netball court, with all your players thinking ahead and using lots of short, sharp movement in all positions of the court.
