DESCRIPTION

Hand /eye coordination using the wall - right and left hands

  • Starting position 3ft from wall
  • feet hips distance apart facing the wall
  • ball held in the palm of hand
  • Movement of ball
    • flick the ball against the wall using finger tips of both hands

    COACHING POINTS

  • Keep your eye on the ball
  • fingers are light
  • follow through towards the wall with hand
  • bend knees to increase elevation
